We used this service for a rental property in Lincoln. Our master floor and laundry floor came out looking very nice and new despite how bad the Tenants had left it. Thank you for the makeover! Would use again!

Justin and Liam were really great. They were able to fully regrout both our shower and tub in one day. Were really impressed with the work done!

My tech was Justin. He was very personable, polite, professional. I couldn't have been more pleased.
That said, I will comment that the billing/payment process for Sir Grout leaves a.lot to be desired. Perhaps I'm not computer savvy enough, but I struggled.

Once again this year we had a great experience with Sir Grout of Sussex. Starting with the salesperson Liam who listened and explained everything very clearly, to the technician Justin, all went extremely well. Their work is neat, they are very respectful, and they cleaned up well. As a homeowner that rents our house near the beach, the tile gets a lot of traffic and use. We have Sir Grout of Sussex back each off season to clean and maintain alternating areas of house. They do an outstanding job of cleaning, sealing, and protecting the floors, and walls. We highly recommend Sir Grout of Sussex County. Thank you Liam and Justin.

Marisa did a great job. She was in and out in 90 minutes after re-grouting our 2 bathroom showers.
